Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat, said the construction is part of Jakarta Provincial Government’s program for its citizens. The flat is provided only for low-economic people.

Djarot predicted the construction will start early 2017 and end in the same year.
“Consolidation auction to be held in November or December,” he added.
Jakarta Head Dept. of Public Housing and Governmental Building, Arifin, stated the construction is spread at 19 locations.
