Construction of RPTRA & RTH in Kalijodo Accelerated

The construction of Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space and Green Open Space (RTH) in Kalijodo has reached 50 percent. It is targeted to be complete and can be used by the end of this year.

Jakarta Park and Cemetery Dept Head, Djafar Muchlisin disclosed, Kalijodo arrangement progress is very fast. Its construction is divided into two parts, which are north side for RTH and west side for RPTRA.

"The construction has touched 50 percent, its progress is very fast," he stated, at City Hall, Wednesday (10/19).

Kalijodo RPTRA Is part of RTH Arrangement

He continued the project fund is taken from corporate social responsibility (CSR) amounting to Rp 20 billion. Both public facilities would have various supporting facilities.

These facilities are including monument, jogging tract, bike track, skate park, amphitheater, musala, park lamp, street, kiosk, children's playground, gym outdoor, sound system, and utility supply.

He added, such construction is worked by 200 people. He hoped it could be complete on time.

"Perhaps, RPTRA will finish first than RTH. We hope all can be finished by the end of this year," he hoped.
