"Before towing vehicle, we have warned the owner about parking ban matters, even we also install a banner there," said Hendi, Head of Pondok Pinang Urban Village, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, Wednesday (10/19).

From the raid, 20 motorcycles were flattened, 4 private cars were towed and 1 tourism bus was ticketed and made in a dossier (BAP).

"Such condition was protested by local people. But after we give explanation, the owner willing to be towed. This is done to give deterrent effect," he finished.
