Jakarta Provincial Government starts to construct the temporary coaching location (Loksem) of Kawan Lama at Jalan Puri Kencana 1, Kembangan, West Jakarta. The location will be able to accommodate 40 street vendor (PKL)s.
The concept is similar to Melawai 13. It is hoped the area will ready in November
