Acting Governor Receives Two Public Complaints

As reported before, Jakarta Acting Governor, Sumarsono said would still open public complaint service at City Hall. On the second day of work, he served public complaints.

He arrived at City Hall at 6.30 AM. And directly received two public complaints. "Today, I get two public complaints this morning," he stated, during Executive Meeting (rapim), at City Hall, Monday (10/31).

He then asks the regional working unit (SKPD) to directly follow up such complaints. The first complaint contains health matter. "First complaint is about pharmacy operational, and Health Dept will follow it up," he expressed.

Then second complaint is land matter in West Jakarta. The land belongs to local citizens was been won by Supreme Court (MA). But, until now, there are still found illegal buildings.

"They (MA) request the government to control illegal buildings on the land, because they have been existed since 16 years. I'll instruct Mayor of West Jakarta to follow it up," he stated. 

He admitted still entrust the complaint to the SKPD. Because he still did not understand the whole of the case in Jakarta. "Now I entrust it to SKPD, because I do not understand as a whole," he expressed.

Relaying on Beritajakarta.com's data, residents who want to send complaint at City Hall is not like usual. There are only a few residents seen at City Hall Pavilion. Nevertheless, the Jakbistro that serves hot drinks like coffee and tea is ready to serve.
