Citizens Complaint Decreasing Because of Transition Period

Jakarta Provincial Government remains open complaint report for citizens at City Hall. At this moment, the complaint number is decreasing due to transition period.

The numbers are provided for those who can not visit the City Hall

Jakarta Acting Governor, Sumarsono, admitted the decreasing number could be cause by not many citizens know that the service remains open.

“I think it’s only communication matter. After being improved, many citizens came here delivering their problems," he said, Tuesday (11/1).

Political Complaint Must Be Completed with Two Evidence

His side also opens complaint service bis shot message service. He also gives two numbers for the service. Citizens can deliver their complaint at 0821-1360-9011 and 0821-1360-9006.

“The numbers are provided for those who can not visit the City Hall,” he closed.
