61 Vehicles in West Jakarta Netted

Joint personnel of West Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept, Police and Army held a raid against illegal parking. They managed to control 61 vehicles.

We control them because they do illegal parking and pick up passenger at forbidden area, such as roadside and sidewalk

Head of West Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept, Anggiat Banjarnahor detailed, from 61 vehicles that controlled, 30 four-wheeled vehicles are ticketed, 12 two-wheeled vehicles are flattened, 4 four-wheeled vehicles are flattened, 10 four-wheeled vehicles are towed and 5 vehicles' operational are stopped.

"We control them because they do illegal parking and pick up passenger at forbidden area, such as roadside and sidewalk," he told, Tuesday (11/2).

Those vehicles are controlled from Jalan Kali Besar Utara, Jalan Pesanggrahan Raya, Jalan Puri Kembangan, Jalan Hayam Wuruk, and Jalan Outer Ring Road Cengkareng.

As for the five vehicles' operational that stopped, because they have no vehicle document, KIR expired and so on.

"These vehicles are two box cars, one mikrolet M13, one dump truck and one light truck," he finished.
