First Warning Sent to 40 PKL at Jl Rawajati Barat

First warning letter has be sent to 40 street vendors (PKL) on Jl Rawajati Barat, Rawajati Urban Village, Pancoran, South Jakarta, because they open stall on the roadside and sidewalk.

Formerly they use it from four points. The PLN had controlled them, but they return to use it from electrical panels

Pancoran Sub-district Head, Herri Gunara disclosed, the existence of PKL is getting rampant since demolishment against illegal building on the edge of Duren Kalibata Railway Crossing, especially in afternoon until night. Despite the flower pot has been placed, they still operate.

"Besides using the cart, they also set up tent. When we sent first warning, they still ignore and sell merchandises. We'll demolish them soon," he expressed, Thursday (11/3).

According to him, PKL also often uses electricity illegally at night. "Formerly they use it from four points. The PLN had controlled them, but they return to use it from electrical panels," he told.

He asserted, if they ignore the warning, they will be controlled in two weeks from now.
