2017, Telecommunication Provider in Seribu Islands Expanded

Seribu Islands Communication, Informatic and Public Relation Sub-dept hoped Jakarta Provincial Government willing to encourage all telecommunication providers to expand network in Seribu Islands.

Next year, all providers must be encouraged to expand service thus the based-electronic smart island and smart city could be realized

By so, all areas can be served optimally.

"Next year, all providers must be encouraged to expand service thus the based-electronic smart island and smart city could be realized," expressed Bandok Eko Priambodho, Head of Seribu Islands Communication, Informatic and Public Relation Sub-dept, Thursday (11/3).

According to Bandok, it is a must to catch up from five cities in Jakarta, in terms of the ease of transacting electronically, information access and data acquisition on the cheap, easy and fast. So it can boost the business sector, tourism, education and others.

"Two years ahead, Seribu Islands can already catch up. Next year, internet powered 140 megabytes has been prepared in accordance with the number of telecommunications network infrastructure that is available in the 2017 City Budget," he disclosed.
