ERP Offender will Be Fined With Electronic Ticketing

The controlling system towards every vehicle that breaks the electronic road pricing (ERP) in the capital will use electronic ticketing.

Head of Jakarta Transportation Dept, Andri Yansyah disclosed there are two legal actions. First is on the spot and second with electronic ticketing. It is still under trial stage by the police and planned to be applied in 2017.
"Electronic ticketing will be done when ERP is applied in 2018," he disclosed, after he attended in Forum Group Discussion with theme role of electronic ticketing, at Jatibaru Technical Dept Building, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (11/9).

"If your balance runs out, we will give you 2x24 hours. If you do not fill it, you will be fined up to tenfold," he finished.
