Heavy rain poured the capital city made settlement of RW 03, Cengkareng Timur, Cengkareng, West Jakarta was inundated up to 70 cm.

Based on Beritajakarta.com’s observation, water inundated settlement in RT 04, 07, and 08 since 6 PM.
In fact, there were no residents left their houses.
Hundreds of Homes in Cawang FloodedImam (42), one of residents, said the inundation occurred due to overflowed of Apuran River since 5 PM.
“Our settlement will always inundated during heavy rain,” he said, Sunday (11/13).
According to him, the water recedes quickly since the river has been dredged.
Responding the matter, West Jakarta Head Sub-dept. of Water Management, Imron Syahrin, admitted his side is still dredging the river.
“It is hoped the dredging will minimize the puddle in the area. Our target is to complete the project by this month,” he admitted.
