Citizens Complaint Solved in One Hour

Dozens of citizen complaint have delivered to complaint service center of Acting Jakarta Governor, Sumarsono. The complaint for trash pilling and water channel can be solved in one hour.

“I’ll deploy personnel to overcome the problem of the citizens. They do not need visiting City Hall to deliver their problems,” he said, Tuesday (11/15).

Soni, his nickname, gives two private numbers as complaint center. Those numbers are 0821-1360-9011 and 0812-1360-9006. Those numbers are connected with Jakarta Smart City.

He also requests regional working unit (SKPD) to overcome the problem before the complaints are delivered.
