Public Hearings Meeting About 2017 Propemperda Held

City Council's Regional Legislation Agency (Balegda) held a public hearings meeting (RDP) regarding the program of the 2017 Regional Regulation Formation (Propemperda).

Propemperda is set along with City Council and Jakarta Provincial Government that coordinated by Balegda and set for one year

As planned, the legislative and executive will discuss and ratify 31 draft bylaws next year.

Vice Chairman of City Council's Balegda, Merry Hotma disclosed, the Propemperda application is mandated by Home Ministry Regulation No. 80/2015, City Council Regulation No. 10/2013 and City Council Regulation No. 1/2014.

"Propemperda is set along with City Council and Jakarta Provincial Government that coordinated by Balegda and set for one year," he stated, Monday (11/14).

He disclosed, next year, his party would discuss 31 draft bylaws, either from legislative or executive in 2017. This year, seven out of them were completed.

"The draft that has been completed last year is included in the 2017 Propemperda," he stated.

She added, in the near future, his side will hold a joint meeting along with Jakarta government and will be brought in the plenary meeting.

"Council targets 25 draft bylaws to be completed next year," he hoped.
