As many as 11 PKL carts in front of Kembangan Utara RPTRA, Jalan Kompas, RW 01, Kembangan Utara Urban Village, Kembangan, West Jakarta, were controlled by Satpol PP personnel.
“PKL existence was complained by the citizens,” said Agus Ramdani, Kembangan Sub-district head, Monday (11/28).
