The role of Jakarta Smart City (JSC) will keep being improved. Thus the public can be confirmed well and can utilize it optimally.

"We are developing the infrastructure and a more complete application where the problem solving process could be further consolidated and faster," expressed Dian Ekowati, Head of Jakarta Communication, Informatic and Public Relation Dept, during Indonesia Smart Nation Award 2016, at Bidakara Hotel, South Jakarta, Tuesday (11/29) night.

On that occasion, Jakarta is in the top five provinces that implement Smart City in accordance with Citiasia Center for Smart Nation (CCSN), an agency that conducts maturity smart regions measurements throughout Indonesia.

She stated, in upgrading of public services, his side needs infrastructure improvements that are larger and more sophisticated, that is by developing big data.

She added big data development in the public sector is sufficiently reliable to improve service to its citizens in smart way. Big Data has the potential to provide accurate data and structure.

"Currently, we develop infrastructure, collect program data from all dept, all will be integrated thus will meet analysis and planning will be better,' he finished.
