S. Jakarta Population Agency Issued 358 Birth Certificate Duplicates

South Jakarta Sub-dept. of Population and Civil Registration had issued 358 duplicates of birth certificate during January-November 2016. The duplicates were issued due to missing or damaged certificates.

Sapto Wibowo, agency’s head, said the incident-principle population service has been changed with domicile-principle. It means people who came from outside Jakarta or missing their certificate must propose the duplicate of certificate.
