Tax Collection in South Jakarta Intensified

South Jakarta Tax Service Sub-dept is prioritizing tax collection against the taxpayer (WP) who are in arrears of Urban and Rural Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) with a high amount.

He/she wants to pay tax period 2013-2015 on December 20

On Wednesday (12/14), the officer targeted the taxpayer who has tax object in Jagakarsa, Setiabudi and Kebayoran Baru sub-districts.

In Setiabudi Sub-district, one has tax arrears of the two objects that are at Mega Kuningan Ring Road worth Rp 3,681,635,242 and Rp 351 904 651.

"One taxpayer has two NOPs, the owner is out of the country. So he/she will be invited to the mayor's office and meet with the Head of Tax Service Sub-dept, Aspem, Sekko and UPPD. Try looking for solutions," said Hairuman, Head of the Tax Collection Section for South Jakarta Tax Service Sub-dept.

While in Kebayoran Baru Sub-district, another taxpayer at Jl Gunawarman 40, RT 02/04, Selong Urban Village has arrears by Rp 203,610,600. The officer found sign and sticker reads still delinquent taxes.

"We will come again, because this is just a persuasive collection," he told.

While for tax object at Jl Kyai Maja 23, RT 010/07, Kramat Pela has arrears by Rp 137,614,120. The taxpayer is willing to pay off it in the near future, in line with asset payment at Jl Pemuda by Jakarta Bina Marga Dept.

"He/she wants to pay tax period 2013-2015 on December 20," he finished.
