East Jakarta Administration is going to operate the Pondok Kopi Urban Village office, Duren Sawit in the upcoming 2017. The office that has four floors is totally renovated since July 2017 and will be complete this month.

Sub-Section Head of Land Development for East Jakarta Governance, Carlos R. Damanik disclosed, on December 15, the contractor had handed over the urban village office to the relevant. Further, they conducted maintenance for six months.

"As planned, the office will operate to serve the public in January 2017," he stated, Tuesday (12/20).

Carlos expressed that such total renovation spent Rp 5.7 billion. It is used for building physical, yard stiffening, fence installation and air conditioner room.

"In addition, the fund is also for a set of sound system," he finished.
