City Secretary, Saefullah disclosed traffic closure will be imposed gradually at 5 PM. At 6 PM, traffic will be closed totally for vehicles.

According to him, it is imposed until 1 AM. The hotel guests in surrounding area are urged to adjust with the applicable procedure.
"Those who want to stay in hotel around Thamrin and Sudirman must have been inside the hotel prior to traffic closure," he expressed.
He added that such event is held on Saturday (12/31). "Thus on the next day or Sunday, the car free day would be abolished," he finished.
