Car Free Night Road Closure Being Reviewed

Jakarta Dept. of Transportation reviews the road closure for car free night. Previously, the road closure will be applied same with car free day. Later on, there is suggestion to close the road up to Semanggi only.

There are several options. We’ll discuss it with city police

Andri Yansyah, agency’s head, admitted his side is still unable to decide the road closure location. It is being reviewed now.

“There are several options. We’ll discuss it with city police,” he said, Tuesday (12/27).

Meanwhile, the road will be closed from 5 PM to 2 PM. His side has sent letters to buildings along the road to adjust with the condition.

Moreover, five entertainment stages will be provided at Monas futsal court, in front of Gedung Jaya, Bendungan Hilir (Benhil), in front of Chase Plaza Building, and on Jalan Imam Bonjol.
