City Budget 2016 Realization Reaches 87 Percent

The realization of city budget 2016 reached 87 percent out of total budget Rp 62.8 trillion.

Last year’s budget realization will be published on Jakarta Provincial Government website.

Acting Jakarta Governor, Sumarsono, assessed the 87 percent of budget realization is already maximal. Many projects can not be run due to problems.

2017 APBD Can Already Be used Per January 1st

“Budget realization reached 87 percent,” he said, Tuesday (1/3).

He added that highest unused budget was land buying process. Jakarta Dept. of City Park and Cemetery was agency with the lowest budget realization by 52 percent.

“Many failed land buying process projects, such as ex British Embassy land,” he added.

Moreover, many construction projects were also postponed, such as flat and school building.

“Postponed projects were caused by disputed land case,” he closed.
