South Jakarta Health Sub-dept is determined to provide the National Health Insurance (JKN) to the people living in densely populated areas, especially the poor. It will be realized through BPJS Kesehatan.

"We hope to accommodate them all this year until next year. Considering it is already 60 percent accommodated," expressed Henny F Fachrudin, Head of South Jakarta Health Sub-dept, Friday (1/6).

Until now, her dept has not released the exact number of people who get such insurance. This is because it is still under evaluation by the puskesmas at urban village and sub-district level.

"It's still being evaluated. We have to await result from puskesmas about those covered by BPJS and its service," she stated. 

Hence, her dept also continues to hold socialization and data collection, as well as service of Ketuk Pintu Layani dengan hati (Knock on doors, serve with heart (KPLDH).
