Transjakarta Bus Operational in Cibubur Reduced

City Jakarta Government decided to reduce Transjakarta bus fleet, which passes through Cibubur, East Jakarta. It is conducted after there is agreement between Jakarta Transportation Dept with driver of public transport K 56 (UKI-Cileungsi).

Jakarta Transportation Dept Head, Andri Yansyah disclosed, according to agreement, the number of Transjarta fleet which passes through Cibubur will be reduced from 10 becomes 5 units.

"It is already discussed. First alternative, they want reduction of the bus. And we agree to reduce four up to five units," he stated, Thursday (1/12). 

Nevertheless, Transjakarta bus (Depok-UKI) will still operate as usual. "Other alternatives were also discussed, where public transport K 56 becomes feeder bus from Cileungsi-Cibubur," he continued.

He continued, third alternative, public minivan is recommended to join in PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta).

According to him, such policy will be applied after moratorium determination, which falls on January 24, 2017. It has been finished, just communicate only," he closed.
