East Jakarta Administration optimistic that land acquisition of Bekasi-Cawang-Kampung Melayu (Becakayu) Toll can be finish this January. Construction process is hoped to be finish based on target.
East Jakarta Mayor, Bambang Musyawardana, said that there is no problem about land acquisition. Land purchasing administration progress was quick.

Referring to Bambang, the offered appraisal price is high above tax object selling value (NJOP) of land price.
As information, Becakayu Toll Section 1 along 11.5 kilometers is just about 15 percent from acquired land which need to be bought. If the land buying runs on target, Becakayu Toll from Bekasi to Cipinang Mall can be operated this May.
