City Council (DPRD) Commission A Member, Gembong Warsono instructs Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue Dept. to evaluate the water hydrant condition in the capital. It is to follow up the findings of the absence of water hydrant at Senen Market in a fire incident on Thursday (1/19).
