Cipinang Besar Selatan flat citizen, Cipinang Besar Selatan Urban Village, Jatinegara Sub-district, East Jakarta, complained about leakage in their residence.

Zul Alfurkani (44), resident at Blok A on fifth floor, said that his family has occupied the unit since two years ago. But, since one year ago, they experienced severe leakage at their unit.
"When water storage tank is full, water often flooded into our place," he said, Monday (1/23).
Council Wants Flat to Have Parking BasementAlfurkani said that almost all unit also experienced leakage. It is suspected because of bad concrete material.
While, Flats Management Unit Head (UPRS) of Cipinang, Septalina Purba admitted that for about 500 units in five blocks in Cibesel Flats have leakage problem. She hopes related department can respond their report.
"We request to repair the leakage not partially but for all unit," she closed.
