According to him, the government has had to switch on cold-storage storage system. Because for meat, can only be stored for a long time thus the price remains the same during low supply.

The role of three agencies belong to Jakarta BUMD are Dharma Jaya, Tjipinang Food Station and Pasar Jaya should be maximal again in the future. Thus food security in Jakarta could remain stable and secure.
