C. Jakarta will Enhance 53 Sport Facilities and Infrastructures

Central Jakarta Sport and Youth Sub-Dept. in 2017 plans to enhance 53 sport facilities and infrastructures which spread in eight sub-districts.

That is just estimation cost. For now it is still on survey process

Central Jakarta Sport and Youth Sub-Dept. Head, Tedi Cahyono said that the enhancement and sport facilities construction is based on citizen's aspiration.

Facilities and infrastructures in total are 35 badminton, 6 volley, 5 futsal, and 4 basketball fields.

"The other three are not qualified yet," he said, Tuesday (1/31).

For this program, Tedi added that his side already allocated budget for about Rp 6,819,693,080.

"That is just estimation cost. For now it is still on survey process and for the estimated cost itself, we coordinating it with Creation Work, Spatial, and Land (DCKTRP) Sub-dept. which technically understand about construction matters," he expressed.

According to him, survey is needed to make sure the conditions in the field about land existing, its size, including ownership status.

The conditions that must be met in order to improve the infrastructures and facilities are not disputed land, not converted in the next five years, and there is a community agreement signed by urban village head, RW, landowners and implementing unit of sub-district.

"If all of the conditions are fulfilled, then it will be auctioned by consolidation. This is why I asked that the statement letter must be ready on February 10 to make the sport facilities and infrastructures enhancement plan better," he closed.
