2,000 East Jakarta Citizen Proposals will Be Realized This Year

For about 8,061 East Jakarta citizen proposals are discussed through 2017 RW Conference (rembuk RW) in sub-district level Development Planning Discussion (Musrenbang). From that number, for about 2,000 proposals can be realized immediately this year.

East Jakarta Administration City Development Planning Sub-dept. Head, Hartati, said that the proposals that can be realized this year are like roadwork below 100 meters long, street lighting matters, and small-scale infrastructure improvements.

"From 8,061 proposals, more than 2,000 can be realized this year. No need to wait for next year's budget," she said, Wednesday (2/8).

She explained that RW Conference this year is better than last year. The submitted proposal by citizen is already proportional and compatible.

"For about 16,500 citizen's proposals in last year can be realized. That is why citizen feel very enthusiast to join Musrenbang this year," she closed.
