Breakwater on North Side of Panggang Island Broken

We've checked the breakwater and asked the contractor to immediately repair it

A breakwater located on the north side of Panggang Island, North Seribu Islands, Seribu Islands is broken after being hit by high waves that occurred since the last few years.

"We've checked the breakwater and asked the contractor to immediately repair it. They promise to finish it at least three weeks," said Mustajab, Head Seribu Islands Water Resources Sub-dept., Friday (2/17).

West and East Coastal of Sebira Island Had Abrasion

Mustajab explains, according to the contract, the maintenance responsibility still lies in the contractor. The breakwater project itself was finished last year.

"There are two points damaged as long as 100-200 meters because of the loose strap," he closed.
