331 Refugees of Cipinang Melayu Thronged to Health Post

331 flood victims began to seek treatment to a health post located at the refugee camp of Borobudur University's Mosque, Cipinang Melayu, Makasar, East Jakarta since Sunday (2/19) until this noon.

This morning until now, we have served 21 patients. For emergency, we prepare two ambulances

East Jakarta Health Sub-dept. Head, Iwan Kurniawan said, since beginning, the post has been opened over 24 hours. The service is divided into three shifts.

"In morning and afternoon, we have 10 officers and five officers at night. They consist of doctors, nurses, midwives and pharmacists," he stated, Wednesday (2/21).

He explains mostly the patients complain about ISPA, itching, body aches and ulcer. Until now, no one suffer from serious illness and should be referred to the hospital.
