35 Proposals for Sport Facility Project in C. Jakarta Verified

Central Jakarta Youth and Sport Sub-dept. has verified 52 public proposals in term of sport facility construction in a residential area. From that number, 35 of them have been included in this year's master plan.

These proposals consist of 23 locations for badminton court, 3 locations for basket ball court, 5 locations for volley ball court, 3 locations for futsal court and 1 location for multifunction field

"These proposals consist of 23 locations for badminton court, 3 locations for basket ball court, 5 locations for volley ball court, 3 locations for futsal court and 1 location for multifunction field," expressed Tedi Cahyono, Head of Central Jakarta Youth and Sport Sub-dept., Tuesday (2/28).

Cahyono expressed that those locations that will be used as sport facilities are not land dispute, will not be repurposed for five years and is destined for sports facilities.

And the next stage is auction process, which is by entering a budget plan (RAB) and picture from Cipta Karya Sub-dept., Spatial Planning Sub-dept. and Land Sub-dept. The construction itself will use an auction system consolidation.

"It is targeted will be done this year, and can be used by local people," he stated.
