Timber Trader's Stalls in Kedoya Utara Demolished

10 timber trader's stalls that occupying water channel of RW 01, Kedoya Utara, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta were demolished.

Because it been ignored, we demolished it. There are 10 stalls in total

Besides made surrounding area looks slum, it also hindered water channel cleaning process.

Kebon Jeruk Sub-district Head, Abdullah, said before demolishing, his side already gave warning letter to the stall's owners.

"Because it been ignored, we demolished it. There are 10 stalls in total," he said, Thursday (3/2).

He added to demolish those timber stalls, his side involved by 30 personnel of Satpol PP, 35 Daily Freelancer Worker (PHL) from West Jakarta Water Resources Sub-department, and 50 Facilities and Infrastructure Handling (PPSU) personnel.

"Later on, we will clean mud sediment thus water can flow smoothly," he closed.
