Seribu Islands Regency Government Administration prepared budget as many as Rp 600 million for arranging 70 street vendors (PKL)s program in Pramuka Island.

But the arrangement must be run to be more order

Seribu Islands Development and Economic Section Head, Seribu Islands, Andi Muchtar said for all this time PKL arrangement in Pramuka Island is hampered by land issues.

" But the arrangement must be run to be more order ," he said, Tuesday (4/4).

He added his side already delivered letter to Jakarta Transportation Dept. about using pier land as fostered location (lokbin) for Pramuka Island's PKL.

"We have delivered letter to related transportation Dept. about land using, but not getting any answer," he expressed.

He feel disappointed that PKL arrangement in Pramuka Island can not be implemented because of land unavailability. Even though, this year his side already prepared Rp 600 million to arrange PKLs in that Island.

"That budget is prepared for tents and PKL's cart," he added.

He continued right now his side has prepared a place in front of Tanjung Elang Children-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA) as an alternative place for Pramuka Island's PKLs.

"There are 13 kiosks there. The remaining will still be placed beside pier," he closed.
