Light to Heavy Rain Will Fall Jabodetabek Today, BMKG Says

Meteorology Climatology and Geophysics Board (BMKG) predicted light-moderate rain to fall Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) starting midday until night.

"In morning is partly sunny," said Hary T. Djatmiko, Head Division of BMKG's Public Relation, Monday (4/17).

In afternoon, light rain will fall North Jakarta, Central Jakarta, East Jakarta, and West Jakarta. While moderate rain will fall South Jakarta, Tangerang, Depok, Bogor, and Bekasi.

Rain to Shower Jabodetabek This Noon Until Evening

At night, light rain will fall North Jakarta, Central Jakarta, Tangerang, and Bogor. While heavy rain will fall East Jakarta, South Jakarta, Bekasi, and Depok.

At dawn, light rain predicted to fall all Jakarta's regions, Depok, and Bekasi. While moderate rain will fall Tangerang and Bogor.

"Beware of moderate-heavy rain with lightning and strong wind. Especially in North Jakarta, Central Jakarta, South Jakarta, East Jakarta, West Jakarta, Depok, Bekasi, Tangerang, and Bogor from afternoon, night, until dawn," he closed.

Jakarta's temperature for today could reach 22-34 celcius degree with humidity around 65-95 percent and north-south wind velocity that could reach 05-22 kilometers per hour.
