24 Back-up Laptops Are Provided to Support UNBK at SMPN 49

24 units of back-up laptop are provided to support the computer-based national exam (UNBK) at SMPN 49, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta. Additionally, two generators are also alerted to anticipate power failure.

SMPN 49 Principal, Imam Santoso said 216 students would take the exam this year.

"They will bring their own laptop. Yet we also prepare 24 back-up laptops here," he expressed, Tuesday (5/2).

C. Jakarta School's Preparedness for UNBK Appreciated

According to him, those generators have 3,000 KVA power. Not only that, each classroom also has the circuit-closed television (CCTV) cameras.

"We prepare 21 CCTVs to watch out the students. Those will also be operated every day. From six main servers, we also have one back-up server," he expressed.

For the first day of the exam, students will face Indonesian Language subject. "We hope it could run smoothly until the final day of the exam," he hoped.
