Fire incident that hit Ramayana shopping center on Jalan Raya Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta is finally extinguished. The loss is estimated at Rp 5 billion.

According to Sugeng, Section Head of Rescue Operations for South Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-dept., fire extinguishing took more than four hours since fire occurred at around 4.30 AM.
"We totally send 25 fire trucks. Initially there were only 23 units but we added two more. Currently sweeping for cooling process is still ongoing," he expressed, at the scene, Thursday (5/18).

"Inside building, we also see many piles of clothes are burnt and made the flames more enlarged. Surely we can't see so clearly there," he admitted.
