Council Supports Air Ambulance Procurement Proposal

City Council Commission E supports air ambulance or helicopter procurement proposal to be inputted in City Budget Draft (RKPD) 2018. Beforehand, ambulance procurement has been proposed directly by Seribu Islands State Hospital (RSUD).

City Council Commission E Chairman, Pantas Nainggolan said, as long as the proposal is submitted for citizen's good, his side will support that proposal.
"Air ambulance is important to give a quick evacuation. This kind of ambulance is also owned by numbers of hospital in developed countries in Europe and Asia. The point is, as long as it benefits citizen, we will support," he expressed when contacted by Beritajakarta, Monday (5/29).
Council Supports Patrol in Seribu Islands to Be IntensifiedSimilar thing was also expressed by Council Commission E Vice Chairman, Ramly H.I. Muhammad. According to him, air ambulance procurement proposal is not a new topic. He said that the availability of helipad in Koja RSUD, North Jakarta, shows Jakarta Provincial Government readiness to have air ambulance.
Thus, he agreed if air ambulance procurement proposal is realized by SKPD.
"The fact, there are many emergency patients from Seribu Islands who are late to be handled because they have to go through sea," he closed.
