We want Muara Angke is not only the biggest pier in Indonesia, but also in Asia

Recently the revitalization concept is being compiled by City Council's Muara Angke Pier special committee.

City Council's Muara Angke Pier special committee member, Syarifuddin said, projection becomes important when Muara Angke revitalization is presented to all sides.

Council will Meet Bappeda to Finalize Muara Angke Revitalization

"We will inform its goal. We want Muara Angke is not only the biggest pier in Indonesia, but also in Asia," he expressed at City Council Building, Tuesday (6/6).

According to him, it is not exaggerating to make Muara Angke as the biggest pier in Asia. Because all of this time, that pier is the main destination of fishermen from all places to sell their catch.

"Thus fishermen from all places in Indonesia will enter through Muara Angke," he said.

Another special committee member, Tubagus Arif added, his side will submit this projection to Jakarta Regional Development Plan Draft (Bappeda).

"We will submit all compiled concepts and the grand design to Bappeda," he closed.
