West Jakarta Forestry Sub-dept. Head, M. Aris Firmansyah said, pruning was done to anticipate trees to fall.
"There are 16 trees pruned. One banyan tree, five rain trees (trembesi), three bullet wood (tanjung) trees, and seven pong-pong (bintaro) trees," he said, Thursday (6/8).
