In aftermath of fire incident that hit 90 kiosks in Kramat Jati Market, East Jakarta, Acting Jakarta Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat said a temporary shelter would be made to accommodate the market peddlers.
"We also already have the data of the peddler. We also hold a briefing to be more careful in using electricity," he expressed, at City Hall, Monday (6/12).
Fire Guts 90 Kiosks at Kramat Jati MarketAccording to him, fire is due to electricity short-circuit. To ensure it, there must be investigation from the police.
"Right now, our police are still doing investigation at the scene," he told.
He added, fire also burned a Controlled Atmosphere Storage (CAS) machine that was launched a few days ago.
"Staple food supply is still safe and we have CAS machine. So, I predict food price in the city will still stable," he uttered.
