Tens Thousand of Homecomers Departed from Gambir Station Today

Homecoming flow began to be crowded at Gambir Station, Central Jakarta. It is noted 14,253 passengers have already departed until 12 A.M. today.

We predicted on June 24, 2017 will be the peak of homecoming flow 

PT. KAI Operational Area 1 Public Relation Head, Suprapto predicted passengers number will rise on June 21-25, 2017. Maximum number of train passenger that can be departed from Gambir Station is 16,740.

"We predicted on June 24, 2017 will be the peak of homecoming flow that could reach to more than 16 thousands homecomers," he said, Sunday (6/18).

Djarot Releases 15,000 Homecomers at TMII

He explained Gambir Station departed 28 reguler trains, 8 extra trains, and 4 alternative trains.

"Alternative train will be operated for long and medium distance routes. Thus after the long route is done, it will operate for medium distance routes such as Bandung and Cirebon," he closed.
