153 Vehicles in Cakung Netted

As many as 153 vehicles in Cakung Sub-district were netted by the ranks of East Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. and police on Wednesday (7/19).

Slamet Dahlan, Section Head of Supervision and Control, East Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. said that the operation was done on Jalan Raya Cakung Cilincing (Cacing) and Jalan Raya Bekasi. "We immediately control vehicles that violate traffic rules," he stated, Wednesday (7/19). 

According to him, his side managed to crack down on 153 vehicles. In details, 15 out of them were grounded, 12 vehicles were towed and 126 other vehicles were ticketed.

"Herein, most violation found are drivers without wearing uniform, expired kir certificate, unworthy vehicle and expired vehicle document," he closed.
