PAM Jaya Asked to Realized Clean Water Needs in Kamal Muara

City Council's Budgeting Agency urged PT. PAM Jaya to realize clean water needs in Kamal Muara and Marunda Kepu, North Jakarta, immediately. Because residents had difficulty in getting clean water.

Around 200 families in Marunda Kepu had obtained clean water

Ramly HI. Muhammad, Member of City Council's Budgeting Agency said, his side was committed to provide Rp 300 billion for government equity participation to PT. PAM Jaya thus residents could get clean water service.

"Dozens of Kamal Muara and Marunda residents pay high cost for their water needs that supplied through water tank car," he expressed, Monday (7/24).

PAM Jaya Asked to Build Water Network in Kamal Muara

Regarding to this, PAM Jaya Director, Erlan Hidayat admitted his side is still catching up water pipe network installation in Kamal Muara.

Thousands families in Kamal Muara are targeted to get clean water supply from PAM Jaya in the third quarter of 2018.

"This is our commitment to council to fulfill clean water needs for Jakarta citizen," he said while added that his side has completed water pipe installation in Marunda Kepu.

"Around 200 families in Marunda Kepu had obtained clean water. Water pipe installation for thousands families in Kamal Muara has been started in 2017 and will be finished in the third quarter of next year," he closed.
