Jakarta Provincial Government continues to optimize synergy and professionalism in Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) to achieve profit and fulfill community welfare as well.

Jakarta BUMD Coaching Agency Head, Yurianto said, BUMD's synergy has been running quite well. It was proven by City succession in controlling food prices in markets during Ramadan and Eid this year.

He added, his side will try to improve BUMD professionalism besides synergy by tightening the employee recruitment screening.
According to him, in order to be BUMD employee must pass several selection stages, such as psychology test including integrity, knowledge, duties execution, and integrity.
"As coaching agency, we will check the applicants reputation," he expressed.
Applicants will enter exposure stage after passing psychology test which is tested by independent team.
At that stage, applicants should make a report by handwriting to prevent any fraud.
"Technically, applicants make the report by handwriting thus not copy-paste other sources," he closed.
