August, Rawa Papan RPTRA in Bintaro Developed

South Jakarta Administration is about to develop a Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA) on a land owned by Jakarta Forestry Dept. on Jalan Rawan Papan, RT 11/06, Bintaro Urban Village, Pesanggrahan.

The design is from Jakarta Provincial Government, we also open design from locals. It must be finished this year, thus the park can be used soon

"Locals want the related unit to make RPTRA as an absorption area, as their residential near the land is still often flooded," expressed Agus Irwanto, Head of Pesanggrahan Sub-district, Monday (7/31).

According to him, the land that has 2,049 square meters width will be transformed into RPTRA in the forthcoming August. "It's targeted to be finished by the end of this year," he stated.

City Asked to Find Solution For RPTRA Maintenance

In the meantime, South Jakarta Public Housing and Residential Sub-dept. Head, Yaya Mulyarso uttered fund for RPTRA development will use 2017 City Budget (APBD) amounting to Rp 1.5 billion.
