He uttered, sidewalk must be sterile every day, starting at 7 AM-5 PM. It is also applied every weekend.
As planned, those sidewalks are located at Jalan Jatinegara Timur, Jalan I Gusti Ngurah Rai, Jalan Pemuda and three others are still under planning.
