Next Week, Council will Discuss DCKTRP Asset Inventory

City Council will discuss Jakarta Land, Spatial Planning, and Build Work Dept. (DCKTRP) asset inventory on Wednesday (8/9).

City Council Commission A Member, Gembong Warsono said, there is asset in form of social-public facility (fasos-fasum) that managed from 1971-1990s as an obligation of troubled developer.

"At that time, many SIPPTs issued by Jakarta Provincial Government were not continued to be submitted by developers until this day," he said, City Council Building, Wednesday (8/2).

BPAD Must Complete Asset Inventory Immediately

After asset inventory in DCKTRP is done, he continued, his side will crosscheck it with Regional Asset Management Agency (BPAD) in the week after.

He explained the usual asset problems are such as existing asset but has incomplete administration, administration is complete but asset controlled by other party, and collectible asset but not recorded. By this discussion, he hopes to realize a good asset management.

"We recommend to fix LHP BPK thus asset problems will be not repeated again," he closed.
