2017 APBD-P's KUPA-PPAS Discussed

Jakarta DPRD along with City Administration Budgetary Team (TAPD)'s City Administration Budgetary Team (TAPD), began to discuss the draft 2017 APBD-P's Temporary General Budget Policies and Provisional Budget Ceiling and Priorities (KUPA-PPAS).

Jakarta Banggar Chairperson, Prasetio Edi Marsudi disclosed, the meeting today is held to follow up the governor letter about discussion of draft 2017 APBD-P's KUPA-PPAS, following its attachments.

2017 APBD-P Targeted to Be Finished Next Month

"I can say this discussion needs to be done prior to the signing of the MoU," he expressed, at City Council building, Monday (8/7).

He explains, after the meeting, it would be then discussed deeply in each council commission along with related SKPD.

"In the meeting, the executive is only given opportunity to explain the draft KUPA-PPAS," he told.

At the same place, Jakarta TAPD Vice Chairperson, Tuty Kusumawati explains, in accordance with Home Ministry Regulation No. 31/2016, there are nine stages that must be passed by the executive and legislative to finalize this year's APBD-P.

In the regulation, she uttered, the executive and legislative must agree on draft KUPA-PPAS in the second week of August. Subsequently, it is continued to set the bylaw on APBD and draft APBD-P containing the translation of the APBD-P in accordance with the evaluation results of Home Ministry seven days after the document is received or the end of September.

"That is the outline that we prepare according to provision of Home Ministry," he closed.
