Fire Post in Duri Kepa Urban Village Inaugurated

Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Dept. Head, Subedjo, has inaugurated fire post at RW 09, Duri Kepa Urban Village, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta, Monday (8/7). It was built by using local residents independent funds.
Currently we have 26 fire stations in total and it operates in eight West Jakarta sub-districts
"Thank you for residents participation who voluntarily help to build this new fire post," he said in his speech.
He added, fire post is very needed to handle unwanted things such as fire accident or other disasters in faster way.

"We are targeting all urban villages in Jakarta to have fire posts in several years later," he expressed.
West Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept. Head, Abdul Cholik added, his side will deploy one fire truck and four personnel for the new fire post.
"Currently we have 26 fire posts in total and it operates in eight West Jakarta sub-districts," he closed.
